Delivery & Returns

  1. Payment
    1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch of your order.

  2. Products and Prices
    2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice..
    2.2 All prices show exclude VAT
    2.3 VAT is calculated in cart based on final destination of the goods and the VAT tax status of the end customer

  3. Delivery and Handling
    3.1. Freight on orders under 250Euros is 19.95 – Freight on orders over 250 euros is free
    3.2 Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage – prior to accepting delivery.

  4. Returns and Refunds
    4.1 We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 72 hours of taking delivery of goods.
    4.2 We will not accept returns of goods any later than seven days (21) after the date of the invoice.
    4.3 Returns must be approved of before you send them back – returns approval email address is service@yamatakineedlecompany.com
    We will notify you within 48 hours of your return approval number
    4.4 Do not return goods without a return approval number which we will give you

    4.6 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them.
    4.7 We will not accept returns of goods unless they are faulty. Items that are returned should be in the same condition as when supplied.
    4.8 We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
    4.9 Any charges you incur to return goods where it our fault will be refunded to your credit card.
